Re: Back at the Bar (Nathaniel)
Julian's eyes lingered on his glass while he listened to Nathaniel's explanation - it certainly seemed like the couple should have been further along, according to the history he was now privy to, but everyone was different. He himself was of the mind that if he liked what he saw, he'd give it a spin, but he wasn't always a patient man, especially not when it came to women. But then again he had always prided himself on his talents in terms of persuading people to do what he wanted. It wasn't often that he found himself feeling the reverse, and that was what was puzzling him with the current issues between him and Ariana.
"Alcohol and karaoke go hand in hand, and yet is the formula to make some of the most embarrassing memories you'll ever have," he replied, a cocky grin sliding over his features as he raised his glass to his lips once more.
"I hope that you do," he continued, in response to Nathaniel's statement. Never did he want anyone to feel uncomfortable in CASKET - whatever poor service or bad interactions happened, he was willing to bend over backward to ensure that these people returned to find a better experience waiting for them. The annual Halloween party was usually a good way to be introduced to the sort of festivities that the club was famous for throwing, but then again, perhaps it had proved too much for the young lady in question. "And when she comes back, the drinks can be on the house. A little liquor always helped with nerves, or so I found."
