Re: At the bar (Sean, Karin)
"It's not shameless flattering if it's the absolute truth my dear." Sean smiled and gave her a quick kiss on the lips after she ordered them a round of drinks. He hadn't smoked today, and he found himself dying for a buzz of any kind. He had never really talked about it with Karin, but he always assumed that she would be the type of person that wouldn't approve of his little habit. His little habit had become more frequent with the constrictions he was experiencing, it relieved the pain as well as the stress of wondering when they would arrive. Part of him did worry about it, after all, he really didn't want to become reliant on it, but he figured that would be a bridge he would cross when necessary.
"Karin, I adore you, and that is precisely why you will never hear me sing a single note. I value your eardrums too much to put you through a song." Sean looked at the round of Iris car bombs with a smile, dropped both of their Bailey shots into the glass, handed Karin hers and chugged his drink down as quickly as he could, setting down the empty glass on the bar when he was done. "It would at least take a few more of those before I sang." Sean didn't seem the type to worry about what people thought of him, he seemed like the lucky carefree type that would get up and sing 10 songs on stage, not caring, but at least tonight that wasn't the case.
