The mention of elevators made her laugh. "Nice ones, I hope!" she chirped as the door opened and Lia lead her into the apartment.
She looked around with appreciation. "Wow. You have a really nice apartment!" she said, following Lia into the kitchen. It looked like something out of a magazine, and she couldn't help staring. It took her a few moments to realize that she was just standing there, holding the groceries. Clearing her throat awkwardly, she set them down with a sheepish smile.
At the offer, she paused. Would it be rude to stay? Dismissing the notion, she nodded. "Actually, juice would be great. If you don't mind."
