Sean had done his usual yoga first thing in the morning on the beach, but today he also had a class first thing, at 10:30. It was an advanced class which meant two yoga sessions in a row, one of them being strenous. He probably shouldn't have done his morning yoga, but he so looked forward to that each and every morning. There was something about the beach that just called to him, he never felt more at home than he did on the beach. He wanted to find a quiet spot and meditate there something, but part of him was almost afraid to, like it would open up a can of worms somehow.
Since he had two yoga sessions back to back and the center's air conditioner wasn't exactly stellar, Sean was sweating from head to toe. His hair was getting a little long, and when it got long it started to get a little curly. Sean pushed his hair back as he looked down at a record book at the front desk. There were a few different instructors working today, and he had forgotten his class load. Next was an intermediate class in the lotus room, the one he had just left. Since he was only going to sweat more, Sean lifted the tee-shirt up and off of his body. The white undershirt would have to be enough for the rest of the day, at least until meditation classes in the afternoon, that was if he had them. Sean was also wearing blue long shorts made out of a comfortable, light, yet non cotton material. Since he did this every day, he had invested in expensive, quality clothes, not just sweatpants. As Luc came in, he was currently barefoot and chewing on the pencil he had grabbed as he looked over his schedule.
There was also a secretary at the desk, mainly there to take money and show new people around. Sean was just about to head off to class when Luc walked in. To say he stopped dead in his tracks would be an understatement. The secretary looked up and Sean could tell that she was about to speak, but Sean casually kicked her with his foot. "Can I help you?"
