Rylee scrunched his eyebrows and looked from Cat to Charlie, the glass of wine pressed to his lips for a moment before he withdrew it and gently sat it down on the table. "Wait a sec," Rylee began, a golden eyebrow raising as he leaned back in his seat. He looked at Cat, his head slightly tipped to the side. "You know about that night? Or..."
Looking at Charlie, he studied her for a moment, narrowing his blue eyes as he tried to read her expression. "I thought you were with me that whole night. I remember you bringin' me water and stuff. You were doing laundry? Why were you-" Rylee answered his own question as he relived throwing up on Charlie. Quickly, his cheeks gained coloring and he reached for the glass of wine again, quickly taking a swig to help calm the sudden appearance of his nerves. "Sorry about that again, Charlie," he mumbled as he fidgeted with the wine glass. Glancing at Cat, his cheeks still pink, he quickly moved his stare to the plate. "That was, um, a bad night. I drank a little too much."
