"Writing down the directions would be absolutely fantastic and I would appreciate it greatly," Nathaniel said with a laugh followed by a sign. "I swear, I am going to take a weeks vacation and just familiarize myself with the area. I'll drive around and go to all of the tourist attractions so that I won't have to bother my neighbors for help in the future."

He moved towards the concierge's desk and smiled at his neighbor again. "I've never been able to handle the taste of coffee; I find it too bitter. But I do appreciate having a comforting cup of... something to drink with my newspaper in the morning... or in the afternoon. Whichever. I sound incredibly British, don't I?"
