She laughed. Mistakes were fine in her mind as long as people learned from them. "Distracted by what? Better have been worth it." A glance was tossed towards her bottle, as if she'd forgotten it was even there. "I figured I'd be unpredictable. Besides, wine depends on the meal and I didn't know what you were making. Grape juice goes with everything." Sheila wasn't big into drinking - though she would have one if offered. Most people drank due to peer pressure or a lack of confidence. Sheila proudly didn't have any issues with either and thus sailed through life mostly-alcohol-free.
"You sure?" she asked, an eyebrow raising. She tugged him along to the elevator, hitting the down button. "You can drive us to the Chuck E. Cheese a few blocks from here then. Or we could walk. Can you manage that, fish boy?"
