She searched his face briefly, trying to determine whether it was another lie or truth - and quickly decided on the latter. It was quite believable that Vince wasn't a fan of doing his own laundry, probably preferring to have someone else do it for him. "Is that your method, then? Avoid laundry until you don't have any clean clothes left? Although it could have been worse - it's probably better to be overdressed than underdressed."

Sarah pulled a face, although her attempt at disbelief was slightly hampered by the twitch of her lips. "Oh yeah, the mailboxes are the new cool place to be. You might just set the precedent for a dress code, though, if you keep getting all dressed up like this."
