She nodded. She could accept that answer. A brief stay in the elevator with decent company wouldn't be so bad. It was certainly unplanned, but the unplanned stuff always made for the best adventures. Now all she had to do was hope that elevator logic she'd thought through before would remain absent. No babies and no bad news and they would be set.

"Wow, you've been here a while. So you like it here?" She toyed with a strand of hair and let her legs stretch out in front of her. "My parent live a few blocks away. Mom worries, so she likes to keep me close."
