Holding both dumbbells in her hands, she squared her body and took a strong stance. Keeping good posture, she slowly began to curl both weights up, pausing briefly as they reached her shoulders and slowly lowering them. Her gaze rested on a blank wall across the room, holding there as she internally counted the repetitions.
