There was a devilish glint in James' eyes as he gave a slow nod. "Yes, I think we have been here before. Together. But whether it was always snowing like this, I'm unsure. I feel like we've been here through an assortment of seasons."
He turned his gaze away from Adam and looked over the landscape. He could easily see this land being covered in green grass and a gentle, but warmer breeze drifting by. But the cold snowy climate seemed perfectly fine as well. He breathed in the air, enjoying it's crispness for a moment before returning his gray eyes to meet Adam's. "Why so motionless? Are you not comfortable around me, Adam?" His smile was almost sinister as he took another step closer to his friend. "We haven't seen one another in years. There isn't a smile from you, no friendly embrace, not even an 'it's nice to see you'?"
James pouted slightly but there was still a spark in his eyes that seemed unlikely to fade any time soon.
