"Jesus H," Luc whispered under his breath, because Lucy was making this really difficult on him - leaving him out there with his hands full and illegal substances on his person. Not to mention not very easily accessible, so if something did happen, he couldn't even swallow it. Sweet. This was clearly a great position to be in.
He was beginning to wonder if it had been such a good idea springing this on her. After all, he could have been sitting on his bed this whole time, smoking to his heart's content.. yeah. Choices had been made though.
"Yeah, okay," was the response he gave loudly enough to be heard, though, and he adjusted his weight from one foot to the other anxiously. He at least could look at his watch fairly easily though - and it seemed to be the longest minute of his life.
Luckily nobody passed him or came out of their respective apartments (if there even were people on the 10th floor, which Luc had no idea either way on that front) before that minute was up - and he didn't wait one single second longer to come inside and set the stuff down on the nearest counter. He went back to the front door to lock it, just to be on the safe side - Luc wasn't a normally paranoid person, just when he had drugs on him. With reason. He wasn't exactly prescribed.
He waited near the snacks, finding it rude to help himself to a seat before the lady herself had returned. He put the sodas in the fridge, taking one for himself and opening it to keep his hands and mind occupied while he waited for her to make her appearance. Since she was probably doing ~girl things, and all. Not that he could hate her for that.
