Lily frowned at the description of the needles. That was what stopped her from getting a tattoo, the idea of allowing a needle to drill into her skin. "I'll definitely not get anything over a bone then. It sounds too painful."
She frowned again but her eyes flicked back to Adam's and her lips softened into a smile. "I would appreciate that. Show me the ropes of how to get a tattoo and where to go and all of that." Silently she tacked on that she hoped he wouldn't be freaked if she cried. She really didn't like needles but she couldn't lie, the idea of tattoos had sparked her curiosity. "So, would you like to wander the pier a little and maybe get something to eat? Don't tell my brother but I really love the sweet potato fries they sell a couple of shops down."
