"It's very nice," Lily commented to Julian. She didn't frequent bars or clubs enough to know what was good but the place was well organized, clean, and the couches were indeed soft and looked comfortable. She guessed this was a good establishment in comparison to other places out there. She looked about herself, wishing there was more light but assuming this 'set the mood'. Still, the establishment brought a smile to her face and she meant all she said to Julian. "I really like it."
The brush of Luc's hand against Lily's elbow caught her attention. She turned to the tall man, looking up at him with a smile and made a small laugh. "I've been told I'm a natural at dancing. However, I rarely dance." She glanced at Julian then back to Luc as she continued to smile. "I'd be happy to dance unless Julian would rather take my place."
She bit her bottom lip then drank a little more of her drink. If she drank too quickly she'd end up drunk, already she felt the slight tingle that signaled the alcohol was in her system. No, no, she had yoga in the morning. She couldn't get drunk. But looking at Luc she felt that maybe he was ahead of her a little.
