“Oh, I definitely don’t mind. I like a guy that can hold his own in a conversation, that isn’t afraid to have a little fun,” and that grin, every time Idris grinned that sly cocky grin, Vanessa somehow felt more at ease with Idris. Normally she detested men that had too much confidence, and usually she would’ve run the other way a long time ago from someone likehim. She went for doctors, lawyers, the kind of men that you see as the marrying type, but there was just something about Idris that made her feel comfortable, yet alive at the same time.
Vanessa ran her hand over his leg slowly, but just for a few seconds before she removed it to pull up her socks a little bit, they tended to fall throughout the night. “Not to toot my own horn, but I am certainly anything but dull, especially if you judge me by my wardrobe.” She winked at Idris and suddenly wondered if she was being a little too direct. Sure she tended to be extremely direct when it came to men, but this was a little quick even for her. It felt as if she had been on at least a date or two with Idris, not only just meeting him.
