For a brief moment, he felt like throwing a bit of a fit just to see how she would react, but he was far too tired to do anything but think about it. So he let her tug him towards his bedroom, a mumbled "yes ma'am" said under his breath before he crawled into bed, tugging the blankets back up around himself. "You are a goddess for bringing that," Simon said as he settled down, then there was a pause at her next question.
"I don't know. I haven't opened it yet," he said, pointing at the letter that still lay, sealed, on his night table. "I thought I'd give you the honors. Get up here with me." He patted his hand on the bed beside him, not giving a second thought to whether or not he was contagious. She had already come in, after all.
