Re: At the Bar - JACK!! Women. Jack set his empty glass on the bar with a little more force than was really necessary and turned to scan the crowd for Kami once more. She'd refused his offer of a dance for the second time now, and it was starting to get to him. Why couldn't she see that he sincerely wanted to talk to her, to try and make amends? Turning back to the bar, he found his drink magically filled again. He picked it up and eyed the amber liquid; he'd lost count how many he'd had, and he didn't know what it was they were serving him, but it seemed rather more potent than just whiskey. Didn't matter anyway, he wasn't paying for them.
The music paused for a moment between songs, and in the comparative stillness he heard a soft complaint about un-salty glasses from a little ways down the bar. Glancing over from beneath his hat, he saw that little angel he'd filed away for future reference earlier in the evening, standing by herself with her strawberry margarita. He took a sip of his drink as he looked her up and down appraisingly. Yep, still stunningly gorgeous. Well, he decided, if Kami could flirt with every guy in the place, two could play at that game.
He sidled closer to the angel-girl. "Can I get you a replacement?" he offered with a purr, gracing her with the Smile That Broke A Million Hearts. "I'll make sure the bartender correctly salts the rim of the glass for you."
