Re: By the door (OPEN)
One hand hooked around an elbow, but she showed no disinterest in what Alex was saying.
"Grad school. Mom was always on me for that, but I was always wobbly about it. Good for you," she commented wholeheartedly. The switch of topics to her work brought a warm smile to her face.
"Sometimes," she replied to the question of her working at home. "Depends on what it is, like a mask or a creature. And the building's been good so far, no complaints here. At least, no changes or mutations that I've noticed," she added the addendum, uncertain if Alex was talking about the rumors that Pru had heard of, and which Kami had expounded upon for her. She glanced at Adam for his suggestion of swapping pictures, raising a brow slightly in amusement.
"That'd be great, actually," came her sincere response, though Pru could hardly be lacking in the idea department. But this gave her an excuse, because she wasn't comfortable explaining that her ideas came from visions. Most people didn't cater to the idea that one could see the future, let alone predict accidents and the like. "You're both welcome to drop by my apartment - I don't have a fixed schedule, really, it's sort of helter skelter with my freelance work. But the door's open. Figuratively," she added, laughing a little at her stumbles.
