Re: By the door (OPEN)
It had taken less convincing than Adam might have guessed to get Alexandria up and moving. Whether it was the holiday in general, their costumes - and, by extension, their characters - in particular, or just the prevailing mood of the crowd surrounding them, she had followed him with minimal fuss, approaching the door and the gathering of newcomers with only the slightest bit of hesitation. Up close, Pru's costume was all the more impressive. Beneath the thick makeup and carefully-wrought scars Adam thought he recognized someone he knew, if only from having passed her in the lobby from time to time.
Adam put on his biggest, most unsettlingly Joker-inspired grin as they sidled up beside the girl, his arm sliding with comfortable familiarity around his Harley's waist. "You're one of our Pax neighbors, right?" he asked, his green-dyed head canting curiously to one side. "I'm Adam, under all this. This is Alexandria. We thought staring from a distance was creepy and limiting, so we thought we'd try from closer up instead."
