"I don't know." He shrugged and smiled back at her. He was just naturally awkward really, and any time he discussed himself it was a weird topic. He just figured he might be a better listener than sharer.
"If they do, it hardly seems legal. I know we have a cop in the building so that probably wouldn't go over well." He laughed a little at the movie reference. "It does kind of sound more like a Hollywood movie plot that anything that would actually happen in real life."
He smiled at her. "Is that why your here? To become a movie star?" There seemed to be so many people in the building with such a variety, but perhaps that was just how every place was. Everyone seemed to have some sort of dream whether they were working toward it or not.
"I don't really care about becoming a star. That would just be strange. I just want to make cartoons. So as long as the management doesn't screw that dream over with their experiments and whatever, I'm fine with it."
He nodded at her decorations. "Do you need help hanging those things?" Ren wasn't the tallest man, but he was still nearly six foot.
