Morgan Freeman ([info]sweetwaterkill) wrote in [info]paxletalelogs,
Dorcas was really ignoring everything but her task right now so if there was any sort of return recognition from her... she has pretty much squashed it. All she wanted to do was get this part over with and move on to another floor. Oh dear god how she wanted to move to another floor.

She pinched the bridge of her nose as the smell started to get worse. It made her think of laughter. She didn't know why laughter but that's where it was. Laughter and horror and a strange soft squishing noise with a hint of buzzing like a million flies. Oh god, she could feel the bile rising up in her throat.

Breathing wouldn't help so she closed her eyes, "No, let's not and say we did... I'd... rather just cap it and go find something with a better smell." She wrapped her arms around herself and drew herself inward, focusing on not throwing up... She needed to be distracted. So badly.
