AND AND this part: images of rambunctious sons with cloven hooves and tiny nubs for horns running after everything that moved. In his memories, Pan saw his father laughing himself sick and offering no help in corralling the kids.

obviously the most perfect thing, because of course hermes will only encourage the tiny children to be perfect little imps! >8D (and 'tiny nubs for horns' is so cute?!!?)
