Xochipilli's eyes were twisted shut, but he nodded.
"Yes," he said, nodding more enthusiastically as though to gear himself for the inevitable. He began to slowly withdrawn himself from that warm touch, from Freyr's warm body, hesitantly getting to his feet to avoid jostling his bad arm. They were in a corner between the snack table, and the edge of where a huge pile of snow began. There were muscled, almost-human looking creatures that walked on all fours more akin to dogs than people snapping at the other party-goers. He could hear other, much more frightening things behind him but between his injury and sudden exhaustion he had the good sense to not turn around.
Xochipilli extended a hand toward Freyr on the floor, even as he was hunched over like an old man, cradling his bad arm against his chest. "Shall...we?"
