Re: Percy / OPEN! - 7:25 p.m.
"I can't say I'm not intrigued," Percy admitted with a smile, gazing in a rather lazy manner at the various groups of people mingling around the pool. How many of them had dealt with such a drastic, visible change?
He certainly hadn't, but he wasn't quite sure what that meant--was it a good sign, or something merely foreboding a future event? Not as if now was the time to consider or even worry about matters that clearly would be out of his control regardless if they occurred.
"You could always file them down if they get in your way," he added after a brief moment of silence, grinning at his newly fanged companion. "I certainly wouldn't hold it against you." Percy clapped a hand over his heart, or at least in its general direction, as if a sign of his solemn vow to not judge Max for her actions. "And at any rate, how many people can say they don't need a knife to cut a good steak?" His smile was covered momentarily by his glass, as he took another drink of the punch.
