"Coffee sounds fantastic." Maybe once they had coffee everything would make sense. The tension slipped from her shoulders and she nodded. She reached a hand to tug him him. She wanted to lean on his arm but they were at work. She hadn't yet checked th dating policy but she was pretty sure it was a big fat no-no.
"I just..." She could be honest with Paul. They hadn't known each other for very long but it never felt that way. And even if he didn't understand, at least she could trust that he wouldn't tease her too badly about it. "I just keep seeing things, that's all." Her eyes glanced down at the clipboard again, the pinchers still visible at her temples, and then back up to meet his gaze. "I guess I'm more tired than I thought."
