Aurora considered herself a lifelong student of body language and nonverbal communication, so she noticed the look and filed it away as she continued to build the image of her new neighbor who kept becoming more and more interesting.
"Why? Are you a sex worker?" She asked, without judgement, because sex work was definitely not something she looked down on. In fact if she wasn't all tied up in both her own normal work and her current cause then that might be one she picked up, but there wan't enough time in the day without her half assing one of them and that just wasn't in her nature. But still, more to the point, she hadn't pegged BB as a sex worker. She watched her load up the baked goods with unmasked curiosity and interest before reaching out to grab one more chocolate chip off the top just to see what her reaction would be.
She nodded though, "I do actually, it's well written." She made a mental note to look up more of the girl's work later, they could always use a few writers on call, "I love music, that's one of my things. Arts in Public Education and the in the Public Sphere, that includes music." Auora stopped herself from getting on the soapbox but it was a near thing, "More scholarships, more respect. That sort of thing. I love passion, I think people are most beautiful when they are passionate about something they love." Which was probably more information than BB wanted, but that happened sometimes, even with her, "Anyway, I loved Michael Jackson, I've been really into Jack White's stuff for awhile, heard of him?"
