Jumping up from her chair, a wide grin split her face at Serena's arrival.
"I'm so glad you found the place all right. And I'm absolutely loving these books so far - almost through this one, I should be to the last one soon. But shh, definitely, no spoilers!" She tucked the book back into her handbag and motioned for Serena to follow her to where they had the chairs prepared. Setting her purse down on the one side, she slipped out of her shoes and took a seat in the furthest, giving the other to Serena as Tiffany greeted them both.
"Did you both pick colors? I can get the color swatch board if you need to see the options," the woman asked, another quickly moving up to get the preparations ready to work on the customer's feet. Juliet shook her head.
"I'm just going to go with clear today, thanks," she remarked, settling into the chair but keeping her feet out of the bubbling water until told to place them in. Though it was a small pool of water and she'd been here a number of times before, she still felt some small amount of trepidation before sliding her appendages into the shallow depths. The emotion played out over her face, but all too soon was gone again.
"Was work eventful?" Her attention moved back to Serena, open curiosity coloring her words.
