OK... Did someone lose a cat? Or it might be a raccoon, I'm not sure are raccoons legal pets in California? I need someone to come and claim it or else I'm calling animal control, because it's scaring Hanni half to death. that and he won't shut up and we are getting NO sleep

I agree completely. I doubt they'll let us know what the source is. I've never had anything like this happen at anyplace I've lived in this area!
