No idiot who leaves my son for dead after paralyzing him gets to sit on the city council. At least the other two have enough sense to keep their big fat mouths shut and stew in their own guilt
Hi love! Please make sure that the 'Meet the Candidates for City Council' piece is run in all of the papers tomorrow. There should be five candidates:
Quinn O' Connor, 53, a Microbiologist with the California Department of Public Health and Little League Baseball volunteer umpire for 13 years.
Charles Brenneman, 45, a California State Parks employee and former Army Police Officer in Fort Hood, Texas.
Mary Anne Toler, 39, a licensed Realtor with Prudential California whose civic service includes committees within the Anaheim City School District and the Human Rights Council of Orange County.
Pete Anderson, 51, a former legislative assistant to State Representative Bill Campbell who currently works as a Customer Service Ambassador for Orange County Transportation Authority, and whose civic involvement includes serving as past President and member of the Anaheim Chamber of Commerce.
And then...
Vincent Laurent, 27, Unemployed.
Include the following snippets.
Anaheim has enriched my life with great friends and neighbors and wonderful living by the sea. My goal is to give back to the city that has given me so much.
I'll continue my responsible activist stewardship of our environment, for our health and a truly sustainable city for our children. My commitment to excellent education is unmatched. I offer Anaheim residents my energy and experience, and ask for your vote.
If elected I will be an independent voice accessible to all residents, without contributions or endorsements from special interests, agencies, or city employees. I promise to represent city residents. In our increasingly transparent society, knowledge is power.
As a councilperson, I will present unique and compelling solutions to the homeless issue, quality of life, and livability concerns. My deep commitment to the Anaheim community and sincere desire to ignite a new era of balance in our city is what motivates me to win.
And then...
I've been really busy, too, you know, politics and producing and spending my money, a'hootin' and a'hollarin', a' whistlin' and a'stompin.'
Oh, and all quotes from city residents should be added as well, including "Seriously? Didn't that Laurent guy produce a movie about a prostitute named Frankenhooker once?" That's 'Frankenhooker' with a capital F, make sure it's right in print.
The bonus is that the correspondents don't even have to put a spin on anything. He just acts like an idiot and says stupid shit all on his own; we're merely regurgitating it for the world to see.
Thanks, doll! I hope you're doing well.

Hello Honey Skye! Have you given more thought to that advice columnist proposal I submitted to you? I think you'd be fantastic at it. Also, we can discuss over dinner if you'd like? I'm sure Elaine would love to meet you.
