I tend to be formal with strangers- first impressions can't be done over. Perhaps if you become a friend then formality won't be such an issue.

Yes ma'am, this is truth. Hope I've left a good mark here- would be a shame to pass up a friendship for the sake of a few words on a computer screen, n'est-ce pas?
