Hi everyone,

This might come as a bit of a shock, but now seems as good a time as any to let you all know that Obed and I have acquired the building. It went back up for sale not long after Halloween; what this means about our former manager (or management?) I don't know, but we certainly intend to try and keep things as smooth sailing in the future. So nothing will change, other than the name you write you rent checks out to.

One other thing of note: The Tower Level is now off limits to everyone. Obed and I are going to try and figure out what's in it, what this means for all of us, and how to best deal with it when the time comes. We feel that this is best done without interference. While we understand that this might not be an acceptable answer to everyone...it just is.

If anyone has any comments, issues, or suggestions, please feel free to send them to Obed and myself collectively at D3. They can be submitted anonymously, too—I promise we'll take everything seriously.
