1. A good nail salon
2. A decent bar that isn't completely gross, but maybe just a little ~~too clean is a sign of something else~~
3. Someplace ranking above Ikea furniture because my coffee table did not survive the trip from the east coast

Also, I'm Alex, new neighbor, etc etc etc you can welcome me with nice vodka ~~I can smell the cheap shit~~ or baked goods ~~brownies are preferable~~

I'm Alice! I live on the same floor as you! So far no one else has moved onto the fourth floor so welcome. It's just the two of us! :) I came from the east coast as well, where did you come from? ~~I hope you don't find that too forward.~~ And also, you're in luck because I bake and regularly have extra baked goods to hand out, I'll bring some over the next time I have some. :)
