	I'm staying with a friend for now. There's a lot ~~of blood and~~ to be cleaned so I'm not sure when I can go back. haha do you know anything about getting out of leases in situations like this? ~~just in case I can't deal with going back~~ That's probably not really your field but it never hurts to ask?
