While I know that this is Las Vegas, I feel that if I'm going to suddenly have a surprise wedding ring, I really ought to have woken up to a stranger in my bed. And yet...

Whatever that may be, it seems I will be Ella in the upcoming production of Roger and Hammerstein's Cinderella at [theatre].

[Jaskier]
Once again, thank you for your help with the song. It seems to be quite popular for my routine at work.

A quickie wedding with no spouse?

Apparently so!

Do they charge half price when there's only one of you?

If only I could remember, I could then answer your question! I think it would only be fair though.

It would be. Sounds like it'd be a pretty uncomplicated marriage, too.

Which is the best kind of marriage. After all, who wants unnecessary complications in their life?

Not me. Never fancied myself the marrying type. I've my hands full with my students and that's messy enough.

I have to say, I’ve never seen myself as the marrying type as well. So imagine my surprise! Even if it seems to have been a case of marrying myself.

I'm not sure it counts if you're marrying yourself. I think that's just self-care.

Most likely not. But self-care is infinitely better anyway.

I can't agree more.
