What he did? He barely knew. He hadn't grown up with such devices. He'd seen things in the Capitol, but he hadn't lived with technology the way some people had.
"I...I'll try." He frowned slightly in concentration. "The bracelet is a communication device. It projects controls onto your arm. It has sensors that can tell when you mean to be touching one of the lighted spots, and it responds to that. If I press this here, it opens the settings..." He continued, trying to explain computers and menus to someone who was completely unfamiliar with them. He knew what 'buttons' to touch, but he didn't really understand how it worked.
"So, that's what you do, but I feel like I'm not doing a very good job explaining it. My girlfriend, Chloe, could do much better. She actually understands this stuff."
