At Sara's explanation, Lydia nodded slowly. That actually made a lot of sense. "Ah, okay. Thanks," she said, picking up another branch and starting to work on clearing that one as well. The idea of catching a bird to pluck its feathers for an arrow wasn't all that appealing, but Lydia supposed that obviously Sara could also eat the bird's meat, so it's not like the bird was dying for the sake of a few feathers.
Lydia made quick work of the sparse branch and set it down to pick up another. "You said you weren't always good at this, how long have you been doing this survival stuff?" she wondered aloud, looking back at Sara.
