That was reassuring, Lydia thought, that Sara didn't seem to mind that she was starting from the ground up. Maybe it would be better that way, though. Maybe Sara would appreciate not having potentially bad habits to break first before helping Lydia form better ones.
"Okay," she agreed, mentally noting the process. "...um, why? I just, it's easier for me to retain information if I understand, so I'm just wondering, why do we roast them? What's that do?"
