Sara shook her head, waving off Lydia's concerns. "That's okay. I was just checking. You don't need to assure me. That will come through the actual work." It might be a good thing, as well. It was a routine, it gave her something to focus on every day. So she was not going to run out of things to do, at least not for a while.
Glancing behind her at the fire, she checked to see how it was doing. "So once these shoots are cleaned, we'll roast them, and then let them cool. From there the charred parts will be removed. We won't get it all done today, but we'll get things moving." She'd need to find a bird with suitable feathers as well. Sara would take care of that herself.
"I should have arrows for you practice with the day after tomorrow."
