Sara was typically content to work in silence, she wasn't really the chatty type anymore. But she would carry on a conversation if someone started one with her. Most of the time. Unless they really annoyed her. Lydia seemed like a decent person so far. She couldn't fault anyone for wanting to learn. Actually, she approved it. Hopefully everyone who was new to this would find a way to learn.
"Yes." she said firmly in response to her question. When Lydia brought up her friend again, dead as Sara had suspected, she stilled her hands to bring her focus back to Lydia. There were a million possible situations that Sara could imagine someone dying to protect a friend. It sounded like this archer had been brave. In league values, she would have died a warrior. That wasn't something Lydia probably ever needed to hear.
Sara finished pulling the twigs from the shoot she was working on and carefully set it down, mulling over Lydia's story. Anyone could see where Lydia was going with this. "And you want to know if I'll teach you." She added, picking up another shoot. "More than just how to use a bow."
