Ray's hand was outstretched uselessly as Patty stared at him in disbelief. "You-" she stopped herself abruptly to not be rude, because what was the polite way of saying 'you died' without saying 'you died'. She stared for a few more seconds before mindlessly reaching her hand out to shake his own, and as soon as contact was made she came back a little, giving a bright smile. "I'm Patty! Patty Spivot," she introduced. She knew that the gods and goddesses who ran this place were powerful, but bringing people back from the dead? That was a whole new level of insanity that Patty wasn't sure she was comfortable with.
"I'm such a huge fan," she started before she could catch herself, "what you did for Star City was just amazing, and your technological advancements in medicine and forensics are just so awesome, you're so awesome, oh my god." She had gotten so excited that she had forgotten to let go of his hand, still shaking it far beyond the appropriate time, and she quickly released him when she realized it before pulling her hand back to herself with an embarrassed blush. "Oh - sorry. I just didn't know you would be here! I mean, I didn't know a lot of people would be here, I didn't know anyone who would be here which I guess makes sense because it's not like they would all want their names to be made public while we were all back home but I didn't know that they could bring you here and this is just so awesome-"
Patty sucked in a deep breath, having run out of air. "...I really appreciate your work."
