She hadn't seen him with any other women either, but she wasn't stalking the man so who knew? Mary liked him though. She wasn't quite sure how much yet.
"I find it odd sometimes because at home I am considered a great beauty." Mary wasn't particularly coy when it came to that. She knew she was pretty. "But in the centuries that have followed, it seems as though the standards of beauty have changed. It now seems to gravitate towards how much skin one can expose. The fact that I do not do that... It makes me wonder if I am at a disadvantage."
