"It's a very big decision," Christine agreed. "We're not keeping the baby, we both felt that we weren't ready for that yet but I wanted to contribute and Arva has been to me, giving me the chance to come here and do work that I love." It was better than what she had been facing at home, a life filled with constant memories of what could never be. Here she felt useful.
"I do want to have a child and raise it though but I want to make certain the father is supportive and will be there for both of us. Not that Barry isn't wonderful, he is but..." her voice trailed off. "I'm not sure he wants to be a parent. Maybe in the future, maybe not even with me, who knows what might happen."
