She smirked slightly at Christine's comment. Of course Mary took care of herself too. It was interesting to hear a future woman's perspective compared to her's. Women had become much more independent than they were in Mary's time.
"I would feel weary in the afternoons as well when I was pregnant with my son. I believe it had to do with the carrying around the extra weight all day." Mary sighed gently and looked up at the sun filtering through the trees. "I must say, the idea of getting pregnant is not entirely appealing at the moment but I hope that will change once I am satisfied that I would have the support of a man to be my child's father."
