Finnick blinked. "You left a trail of stones?" It made so little sense that Finnick wasn't sure he'd heard him right. "Weren't you just following the water?" Finnick had followed a stream all the way up from the beach, and he had assumed the waterfall and small lake were connected to that same stream. But maybe he'd misinterpreted? He started following Cam, hoping he knew what he was doing.
"The waterfall does sound like a good place to get clean water, and being next to a lake is a good thing. The only thing that worries me is that if we're too close to the waterfall we won't be able to hear people coming, and that makes us vulnerable. But since the flat area is on the opposite side, it might be far enough away."
