Eddie had thought he was alone here on the beach, so when a voice addressed him, he couldn't help but be surprised. He looked up quickly, and was on his feet in seconds, looking a bit confused that he'd actually been caught off guard like that. It wasn't good for him to be letting his Guardian skills slip.
"Hey," he said, looking around him, feeling a little better when it became obvious that she'd just arrived. He couldn't be expected to know that people where there when they popped out of thin air.
"Um, no. No checking in or registering. Arva knows you're here, I'm sure." Nobody came to this island without her knowing, after all. "Most people just make their way back to the main camp and find a place to sleep."
