"No, I mean - " Eddie trailed off, trying to decide how to explain this to her. "People like to have their own space. A room, or an apartment, or a home. A place where they can be alone if they want to be?"
He hoped that made sense, because he wasn't sure how to explain it better.
When she hugged him, Eddie was rather caught off guard. He smiled though, and returned her hug gratefully, careful to keep his hands on the fabric and not think too much about how little she was wearing. "You're welcome."
