Kaylee gave a happy little yelp as he spun her, if she weren't giddy before she certainly was now, happily so. Just the sight of him still made her stomach flutter.
Missed her? But they'd only just seen one another. Hadn't they? "A month?" Her jaw dropped a little. "That's Kuángzhěde- I only just saw you back home." It made sense now that he said it. Sort of. But her instinct wasn't really to question too much, right now.
"Shoulda known, how else would you be lookin' so relaxed?" She teased warmly, giving him a playful shove. "Hope so, seems an age since I was livin' alongside more folk than Serenity's crew-" She grinned up at him warmly. "Not that I needed anything more." she added with a sincere happiness.
