Sydney nodded. "I think I'm starting to, at least," she said. "Being here has been... eye opening." It gave her the distance from her father and the Alchemists to start questioning some of the things she had seen and done. "Or rather, it's afforded me the opportunity to really think."
It wasn't something she could even really put into words at this point, but she definitely had some discomfort about the organization that she had, until this point, dedicated her life to.
"Let's talk about something happier," she suggested. "I never really considered myself a tropical island kind of person, but it's so beautiful here."
