stupid work making me miss playng.... :(
"Welcome home, sweetheart," Tony teased before he crossed his legs. He pressed his hand into the mattress, a gesture to show that he was 'testing' it. "It's got good bounce," he said. "Have you tested it out yet?" Another jab, of course, but before he even gave Bruce a chance to answer he held up a hand. "No, don't tell me. I don't want to know."
Thought he truly did if only so he could tease his colleague about it. It was the best way that Tony knew how to relate to his friends. They were so used to his sarcasm and wit that anything else would draw suspicions. He couldn't tell them about the nightmares he had, that he continued to have even after the experience with Ultron. One would have thought that Tony learned his lesson, and in a way he did. He wasn't going to make another Ultron program; instead he'd make something better. Something that wouldn't be so apt to turn against them. He felt that he was responsible for the safety of the world, and he would be damned in he shirked that task.
Of course that didn't mean the engineer didn't need a break. He had to get away from everything that was weighing on him back home. This was a sabbatical of sorts. He'd sow some wild oats and then head back to his life. Hopefully Pepper would forgive him for disappearing, or maybe Arva had a way of clearing people's memories that they had ever been gone.
"So this is a nice set up," Tony said with a grin. He removed himself from the bed, and started to walk around Bruce's shelter. "Yeah, I think this'll do just fine."
