Who: Chloe Sullivan and Barry Allen What: Along came a spider… When: Monday morning Where: Main Camp/Chateau Sullivan Warnings: None (except spider) Status: Complete
So far this place wasn’t bad, in Chloe’s opinion. Everyone seemed pretty friendly, or at least reasonable. Rustic living wasn’t her first choice, but it had its perks. No indoor plumbing was taking a little getting used to, but it wasn’t devastating. No coffee? Well, she heard they were working on that so she just hoped for the best and tried not to snip at anyone. It helped that she was learning new things. It kept her focused, and her mind off of the growing need for a venti skinny double shot.
Chloe wasn’t used to getting up with the sun. Sometimes she didn’t have a choice. It could get sweltering in her little shelter once the sun was in the sky. This morning, however, it wasn’t the sun that woke her up. Something was tickling her shoulder. She had learned it was more comfortable to sleep in just a tank top and panties which left a lot of her skin bare to whatever wind might blow in on her. However, it also left a lot of her skin bare to curious critters. In this case, a spider.
Not even half awake, Chloe cracked her eyes open as she made to rub at her shoulder only to come eye to eight eyes with the fiend. She let out with a blood chilling shriek as she swatted at the eight legged monstrosity (it was about an inch and a half in reality) then scrambled panicked out of her shelter…forgetting her state of undress.
